1. Run URL Helper.

2. Click "Select adapter" button, then select the adapter which connect to Internet

3. Click "Sniff Network" button.

4. OK, Now "URL Helper" start watching the network traffic, you can go to the page and start the stream playing. The results list will show all URLs found.
