the HiDownload installation package if you haven't already.
Extract all files from the package into a temporary directory
using your archiver, such as WinZip. On Windows NT and Windows
2000 systems, login with Administrator privileges.Run SETUP.EXE
and follow the instructions. Now it is safe to delete the
installation files. You may want to keep the zipped package
in case you need to reinstall HiDownload later.

double-click to the installation packet and start installing;

The defaulted directory is "C:\Program Files\HiDownload".Click
"Browse" to change the folder.

Set up start menu folder.

Finish preparing. Click "install" and wait a few
minutes for installation.

Complete setup the HiDownload.
Please make sure IE explorer and resource manager are closed
during installing, or it will pop up an error dialogue. To
