I have found a bug. What do I do? When
will my bug be fixed? |

A: First, make sure you have the most
up-to-date version of your scanner's
software and firmware. Check the manufacturer's
web site. Then download the latest version
from the download page and try it again.
If the problem is still there, please
visit the product support page. The
goal is for the product to have no bugs.
Every effort will be made to quickly
resolve your issue. Bugs than can be
reproduced will be rapidly corrected. |
