  A: Yes. You can get free for our technical service all the time.
2. Q: Why are your products shareware?
  A: It's the best way of distributing software. You can download the software and try it before actually buying it.
3. Q: Do your products contain spyware?
  A: Absolutely not.
4. Q: How much does URL Helper cost?
  A: Please see the purchase page for the pricing information.
5. Q: How much are upgrades?
  A: All upgrades and bug fixes are free. You can download our products as many times as you like.
6. Q: My computer crashed and I don't have a backup copy of my registered version of HiDownload.How can I do?
  A: Please see the Registration Information section of the support area of this web site.
7. Q: How can I get product support?
  A: Please check the product documentation page, also visit the support area.
8. Q: Are you responsive to suggestions?
  A: Yes! Your feedback is extremely valuable. Most enhancement requests make it into the product. Registered users get preference. Use the Email section of the support area of this web site to enter your feature request.
9. Q: I have found a bug. What do I do? When will my bug be fixed?
  A: First, make sure you have the most up-to-date version of your scanner's software and firmware. Check the manufacturer's web site. Then download the latest version from the download page and try it again. If the problem is still there, please visit the product support page. The goal is for the product to have no bugs. Every effort will be made to quickly resolve your issue. Bugs than can be reproduced will be rapidly corrected.
10. Q: How do you accept payments? Is it secure?

12. Q: Is PayPal available internationally?
  A: Yes. PayPal is currently available in more than 56 countries and regions.
13. Q: How much do you charge in non-US currency?
  A: If you are abroad and using a different currency then pay the equivalent price in your currency. You can get the current exchange rates from Yahoo Finance.
14. Q: I just installed mov recoder but after downloding it does not start because I get the message: Wanpacket.dll is missing please start the download.how to solve?
  A: 1.Click control panel->add/delete programm to check if you had installed winpcap; 2.If not, please download from http://www.streamingstar.com/download.htm to install it and retry again.
