1. Q: Can I try your software before I buy a license?
  A: Yes. Streamingstar Software believes that no customer should have to buy software in order to find out how well it works. All Streamingstar products are available for download with a 7-to-30-day evaluation license for the fully functional software.
2. Q: I downloaded a copy of your product, and now my 30-day evaluation is over. How can I continue using the software?
  A: Software licenses can be purchased directly from Regnow or one of our resellers. You can purchase licenses from Regnow or Regsoft online, or by mail.
3. Q: I just placed my credit card order on Regnow, but haven't gotten my license keys yet. When will I receive them?
  A: Most online orders are processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Some orders may require manual processing and may take up to one business day. License keys will be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order. If it has been more than one business day since you placed your order, please contact webmaster@streamingstar.com with the order number provided in your order confirmation message.
4. Q: I don't want to give credit card information online. How else can I buy a license?
  A: You may call Resellers or Vendors at right phone number to place your order by credit card. You can also print an order form to fax or mail your order. For more information see the Regsoft and Regnow page.
5. Q: My company doesn't use credit cards. Can I submit a purchase order?
  A: Please see the Purchase Orders page for more information. Security options are expounded.
6. Q: As a registered user of your product, can I upgrade the software at a discount?
  A: All StreamingStar Products upgrades are free to registered users.
7. Q: I'm interested in a site license, but don't see any information about this on your web site.
  A: Prices for multi-computer and unlimited licenses are published in the web site Pricing section. Questions on licensing can be answered by webmaster@streamingstar.com.
8. Q: I'm trying to place my order online, and keep getting errors. How do I correct this?
  A: If your computer is behind a firewall, you may not be able to connect to a secure server. In addition, your web browser must be set to allow SSL connections. Suggested options for using Internet Explorer are as follows.
In Microsoft Internet Explorer, open the Tools menu and choose Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section.

- SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0 must be CHECKED.
- TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0 must be UNCHECKED.
If you change settings, click OK in Internet Options, close all browser windows and restart Internet Explorer.

If the problem persists, you can also order direct from vendor by phone, fax, or mail.

9. Q: I live outside the United States. Can I legally download and buy a copy of your product?
  A: Yes. Regnow and Regsoft are now available for purchase outside the U.S. and Canada under the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security regulations concerning strong encryption software. There are some restrictions on export to sanctioned countries and denied parties, or countries where commerce is limited under U.S. trade sanctions. More information on export is available on the web site. Please send e-mail to Regnow or Regsoft Sales Consultant if you have further questions.
10. Q: I purchased a license for my PC at work. Do I need to buy another license to use the software at home?
  A: Usually you do not need another license. The Streamingstar license agreement permits you to install and use the products on a home PC or laptop as well as your work PC, as long as only one copy is in use at any one time.
11. Q: My evaluation copy of the software expired. Do I lose any of my settings and preferences?
  A: No. When an evaluation copy expires, it only stops working. Once you buy a license and enter a valid license key, you can continue to use the software with your previously saved sessions, settings, and preferences. You also do not need to download a new copy or reinstall once you purchase a license.
12. Q: Do I need to download and reinstall the software after I get my license keys?
  A: No, as long as the trial copy is current, you can use the key information we send after you purchase a license to activate the trial copy and continue using it.
13. Q: I'm buying software for a customer. Do you offer a reseller discount?
  A: We are considering some discount for reseller. The standard procedures will come out soon. Please pay attention to our website termly.
14. Q: How do I submit a purchase order to Software?
  A: If your organization needs to submit a purchase order, please see the Purchase Orders page.
15. Q: Can I order licenses and pay by wire transfer? What is the bank account information?
